No Drain Fridge Pot Tuna Steak With A Little Brine
Tuna steak with a dash of brine. Perfect for a mess-free, post-gym tuna pasta topping that’s packed with easy natural protein in our no-drain, fridge-friendly pot.
Step 1
To make this stupendous tuna salad sandwich, start by cutting the celery into thin strips, your gherkins into thin slices and peeling and grating the carrots.
Step 2
Next, add the No Drain Tuna in a bowl with the Tartare sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Now it’s sandwich-building time. Prepare your bread by buttering it or with your usual spread, then take three slices and construct your sandwich. Start with two lettuce leaves, followed by a layer of your tuna mix and a few celery strips, over which you can sprinkle some grated carrot. Then add a second slice of bread, followed by another layer of your tuna mix, a few slices of gherkin and another sprinkle of carrot.
Finally, top all that with your third slice of bread and press gently on top with your fingers. And there you should have your mega tasty triple-decker tuna salad sandwich. Now all you have to do is make three more of them. Phew. Trust us though. It’s well worth the effort
