TUNA AND AVOCADO TOASTS

Ingredients

  • ½ x John West Fridge Pot Tuna in Brine
  • ¼ red pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 slices sourdough bread or ciabatta
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 tsp mixed seeds

Step 1

Drizzle half the oil over the peppers and grill for 5-6 minutes then set aside.

Step 2

Rub the rest of the oil over the bread and toast on both sides.

Step 3

Thinly slice the avocado and arrange on the hot toast, then add the peppers. Top with the tuna and sprinkle over the seeds.
