Avocado And Nut Tuna Salad

- 1 bag of mixed leaves
- 1/2 head of cos lettuce, rinsed and chopped
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
- 2 tsp black sesame seeds
