Tuna Nicoise Salad

Made with John West No Drain Fridge Pot Tuna Steak with a little olive oil, this Tuna Nicoise Salad is nutritious and simple to make. Impress guests with this tuna salad or make a delicious lunch.
Ingredients
- 1 110g John West No Drain Fridge Pot Tuna Steak with a little olive oil
- 1 bag of mixed salad leaves
- 2 eggs, boiled and quartered
- 100g fine green beans
- 50g black olives
- 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbs white wine vinegar
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp wholegrain mustard

Step 1

Step 3
